What! Willie and Liz are engaged?

Because we have lots of friends and family not here with us in Utah, I'm unilaterally joining us to the ranks of blogdom to share with them the amazement and awe that Willie and Liz are finally tying the knot.

I can just hear Willie commenting on how self-centered and cheesy the purpose of this blog is, but once he figures out how to add his own quirky anecdotes and commentary, I am sure he will love the idea of a captive audience. But just to ease his mind, please don't think we are self-centered and cheesy (okay, self-centered maybe, but never cheesy).

So enjoy whatever material we find the time to add regarding "us" (I use quotations because this is a new concept we enjoy exploring together).
