Because it's only getting better

And here we are! MAN here, telling you about our baby. We went for another ultrasound (yup, she's still a she) and got these updated pictures. Liz's last appointment found a funky heartbeat going down, so we got it checked out. Diagnosis: negative. It looks as if everything is all worked out and our little girl is doing just fine. (Here's where I get all schmoozy and crap. If you are a man, or if you have a weak stomach, or if you are guilty of both, turn away.) The coolest thing happened while we were looking at our child. She yawned in boredom. Yup, then she smacked her lips like it was the greatest yawn ever. I'll agree with her, but I'm really biased. The doctor commented on how well behaved our little one was, but he didn't notice the punch she gave the wand when he wasn't looking. Liz saw it, and felt it. It was awesome. Proof that she'll be just as ornery as her mother, yet just as prone to avoiding blame like her father. Ah, genetics.
