A little piece of Grandpa Lamond.

Undoubtedly, the #1 comment people make when they see Olivia is "Those eyes!"
Not only are they big, but they are a striking crystal blue.
Compounded with the fact that she rarely blinks, it can be a soul-searching experience to be confronted with the depth of these eyes on a daily basis.

People look at Will and I and wonder where these eyes came from.
I've figured it out and there is no doubt--
these eyes come straight from Great Grandpa Lamond.
Especially when she smiles, I can catch a glimpse of the same twinkle that graced his eyes.

Her Uncle Matt also has the same twinkling blue eyes.

Everything else about this girl points straight to her Daddy, but those eyes remind me of the man I had always considered the "perfect" prince charming
(until I met my Honeybuns, of course).

Yes, that's me, the intensely gum-chewing hula girl.

Thanks Nanners, not only for entertaining Livvy twice a week but especially for capturing that twinkle.
And you make a darling kitty-cat
(but what's up with Sarah's creepy spider costume?).

  2. I think you pin-pointed it! She does look like him! Maybe you can help us figure out who MY kids look like...they might not be mine. But they belong somewhere...
